I felt so blessed this Easter to not only be celebrating the empty tomb of Jesus, but also the birth of my oldest daughter. For the first time, Avery's birthday fell on Easter Sunday, so it was an especially sweet day for our family. My parents came over to Ft Worth and went to church with us, and then we took Avery to one of her favorite restaurants, PF Changs. After a yummy lunch including a slice of chocolate cake that was literally big enough for seven people to share, we took a few pictures by the Courthouse. Usually we manage to find pretty flowers somewhere along our walk in downtown Ft Worth to liven up our pictures, but for some reason there really weren't any between PF Changs and where we parked. So, we made do with the Courthouse. The pictures actually turned out pretty good though. Happy Easter and Happy Birthday to our precious Avery!
