Judson and I celebrated his special day by having lunch at Chick Fil A and going to see the Angry Birds Movie. It was a fun little celebration!
For his party this year he decided to have it at the big playscape at the NRH campus of The Hills Church. Last year we did the smaller playscape at the West Campus, which was just perfect for his age then, but he was ready to step it up a notch for the big 5! He chose the Avengers for his theme and had a mixture of school friends and church friends to help him celebrate. The kids, and especially Judson, ran and played non-stop the entire time, only stopping long enough for cake and presents. He had an awesome time playing with his friends and receiving some special attention.
