Since Avery's and my Dad's birthdays are just a few days apart, we decided to meet after church on Dad's birthday to celebrate both of them with a special birthday lunch at Saltgrass. Yummy!
Kendall and Abbi teamed up this month for 3rd grade Market Day at school. These girls worked really hard coming up with a business idea, budgeting, advertising, baking their cookies, selling them, and calculating their profit. They called their business "Star Shakers" and sold cookies and brownies made in mini muffin tins. They came up with the clever idea of putting a star sticker on a few of their packages and whoever had one of those got an extra cookie.
