We had a fun final day in Santa Rosa. We had smoothies at Las Velas and played at the newly renovated park with our friends the Stacy’s in the morning, then traveled to San Pedro Sula to stay the night before flying home the following day. We felt like we had a quick mini-vacation staying at a really nice hotel in San Pedro. The kids swam while Scott and I relaxed poolside, then we walked over to the mall next door for dinner and enjoyed some TV in bed before hitting the sack. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet at the hotel before heading to the airport to check in and fly home!
