On Easter Sunday we began our day with a sweet time of prayer and worship on our upstairs couch while watching the sunrise. Scott and I did that for the first time last year and it was so special that we decided to do it again and include all the kids. Then we had a wonderful time of worship and fellowship at Southside, followed by a delicious lunch over at Mimi and Poppi's house. Since it was raining we hid Easter eggs inside the house and let the kids hunt for them. Although the day was a little chilly and rainy, we still enjoyed our time of celebrating our risen Savior and being together as a family.
