September events and activities
September is a month that always fills up with back-to-school activities like Cowboy Up Day at Granger, Watch DOGS pizza night, the beginning of the a new year in the tutoring ministry at Southside, and possibly Grandparents' Day for at least one of the girls. We did have all of those things this year (and probably more), plus we had Avery starting her first season of playing volleyball. She is on a team called the Blockstars with several other 4th and 5th graders from Granger, including one of her good friends, Katie She seems to really enjoy it so far, and we are excited about watching her play and cheering her on at the games.
