The fifth graders got to take a special field trip to see Disney's animal documentary, "Born in China," and to Bear Creek Park for a picnic lunch and play time. The kids each got a kids' movie combo to enjoy during the movie, and then had a fun time eating lunch, hanging out and playing at the park. Avery spent most of her time at the park playing sand volleyball since she has played on a rec team a few times. It was a fun and memorable final elementary field trip for her!
