Southside School Store, Labor Day and More

Scott and the girls at the WATCH DOG pizza night at Granger
September was basically just a month of getting back into the school year routine, but there were a few special little events along the way including the annual WATCH DOG pizza night at Granger for Dads and students and a book signing of Neptune Project by Polly Holyoke at the school.  For the 5th year in a row, Scott organized and ran the Southside School Store where we provide school supplies to neighborhood kids for a small donation.  Now that the girls are older, they get to participate by helping me pass out supplies.  They worked really hard and were rewarded with hot dogs, snow cones, balloon animals, and bounce houses in the church parking lot.  Judson played in the childcare room since he's not quite old enough to help out yet.  His turn will come in the next year or two though :)  On Labor Day this year we had a fun little evening at lake Grapevine with Doug and Sheila and some friends of theirs from church.  They had rented a cabin for the weekend, so they invited us out to go swimming and have a cookout.  It was a fun evening and a good little wrap-up of summer.

In August the girls started tumbling classes at United Cheer in Keller.  I think Avery took this picture of Kendall either before or after class.
