Bible Presentation and Memory Work Recognition

Every year Southside gives out new Bibles to all the first graders and sixth graders since these are milestone years- learning to read the Bible for the first graders and starting middle school and youth group for the sixth graders.  Avery and Judson both got to go on stage this year and receive new Bibles along with their classmates.  Avery was also recognized for completing the 5th-grade memory work last year in Bible class.  One of our elders and her teacher, Mr. Riley, read the list of what she had memorized and she received a hand-painted plaque.
