This month Mimi had a special birthday and turned 70! She does not look or act her age! We are so thankful that she is very active, in great health, and that we live close by and can spend a lot of time together. Amy and I put together a special day of celebration for her for this milestone birthday. We met at Breadwinner's Cafe in Dallas off Lover's Lane and then visited the George W. Bush Presidential Center and Library. Lunch was delicious, and we had a great time learning all about George W Bush, his family, and his presidency. We also got to view the special gallery of paintings that he did of wounded warriors and enjoyed hearing their stories.
