Besides hanging out at the pool and enjoying some hard-earned freedom, we had a couple of things we celebrated and did in the month of June.
For Father's Day, we met some of Scott's family at Olive Garden after church to enjoy lunch together. The kids gave Scott his cards and things they had made, and we enjoyed a relaxing afternoon.

Amy and Mike also came for a visit with the kids and we had a fun time sharing some meals and hanging out with them, including taking the kids to a splash pad in Grapevine one day and plenty of cousin playtime. Tom and jan had the whole family over for brisket one Sunday while they were here, so we used it as an opportunity to get some pictures of all the grandkids, especially now that Griffin is here!

Avery and Kendall also each attended a camp in June. Avery went to NISD science camp again this year wither friend Makenna, and Kendall went to an art camp on Portraits at Artful Mayhem with her friend Lexi. They both had a fun week and learned a lot!

And last but not least, a rare moment of sisterly love. These two fight a lot, but they are also constant playmates and are really sweet sisters sometimes.
