Happy 4th Birthday Judson!

Precious Judson,

Happy 4th Birthday!  From the time you were born you have always been such a light in our lives and joy to everyone who knows you.  You are "rough and tumble" and definitely all boy, but you are also so loving and sweet.  You are always hugging and kissing us and saying "I love you."  When I put you to bed at night you always want your ten hugs and kisses and want me to give you the same.  You are a funny little guy who is full of personality, and the things you say and do keep us laughing.  In your fourth year of life you gave up your pacifier, started dressing yourself, became more independent with going potty, and mostly phased out of taking naps.  You learned to recognize your letters and some of their sounds, your numbers, and you are a pro at spelling your name and are beginning to learn to write it. Several firsts you had this year were going bowling, going to a water park (Great Wolf Lodge), your first ACU Homecoming, going skiing, going on your first trip out of the country (to Honduras), and going skating.  Pretty big list for a 4 year old!  You are lucky to be the youngest and get to do so many more things than your sisters did when they were your age.  You love superhero toys (anything from Imaginext), Ninja Turtles, blocks and Legos, dressing up, jumping on the trampoline, playing ball, playing rough with Daddy, and playing with your sisters and neighbor kids outside.  You also love to read books and to watch shows and play games on the iPad.  Your favorite food at breakfast is still pancakes (only now you can say it correctly) and sausage or smokies. You would eat them everyday if we let you and IHOP is one of your favorite restaurants.  You also love chicken nuggets, peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, protein bars, fruit snacks, strawberries,  applesauce pouches, yogurt, smoothies, pork chops, and rolls.  At your four year check up you were in the 90 plus percentile for weight and height just as you have been in the past. Lots of people comment about you tall you are and how fast you seem to be growing.  You make life so much fun and bring us so much joy.  We know you will do wonderful things with the unique qualities and talents that God has given you.  We are so glad we are your parents and we get to watch it all unfold!
