For Mother's Day this year we went over to my parents' house after church and had a delicious lunch that my Mom prepared. It is always such a treat when someone else does the cooking! After lunch I opened a sack of goodies from my parents which included a gift card to my favorite salon, some new sandals, some hand soap and lotion, and coasters and a trivet with pictures of my girls and our family from the past year. Scott and the girls gave me a gift card for a maternity massage at Massage Envy and the girls presented me with a fold-out card that they colored and signed. They are both such good little artists and love to draw and color things for people. They were really proud of themselves. Now all I have to do is find the time in between end-of-school activities, doctor appointments and everything else to go get that massage and use my salon gift card for a haircut and pedicure before Judson makes his debut!
